Set among mature trees on the North Foreland Estate, Hydra is a contemporary coastal home designed to capture far-reaching views across its south-facing gardens and towards the sea. Expansive glazing brings natural light deep into the house and connects the principal living spaces with the surrounding landscape.

A dark-brick façade gives the building a bold, grounded presence, while walnut joinery and carefully considered interior details introduce warmth throughout. The five-bedroom home is completed by a triple garage, sea-facing pool and generous south-westerly gardens, creating a refined setting for modern coastal living.
