This three-storey extension creates a private world of wellness and entertainment within an Arts and Crafts home in Little Gaddesden. A swimming pool, spa, sauna, cold plunge and gym sit alongside an award-winning home cinema and luxurious new bedroom suite.

Illuminated Dekton surfaces, sculpted fluted plasterwork and seamlessly concealed speakers bring atmosphere and precision to the interiors, allowing material, light and technology to work as one.
