This new-build home on Cross Oak Road replaces the existing detached house with a carefully considered six-bedroom family dwelling. Generous spaces and abundant natural light create a calm, welcoming environment designed around contemporary family life.

Rich textures, natural materials and warm, earthy tones bring depth and character throughout. The architecture balances refined detailing with a strong connection to nature, creating a home that feels grounded, tactile and timeless.
